I'm looking for  bean bags / shooting bags for resting my rifle on the bench at the range. For those that are useing/own them, where do you buy them? I'm looking for a fcouple to place on top of an ammo can. Who sells these?

Thanks

Gene

Hey, no problem. It's why this forum exists.

New-arguy's idea is good too.  I recommend CLEAN socks, though. One can never tell if you'll need those beans for survival.

I'd use dry rice or popcorn instead of sand.  Sandbox sand tends to sift out of shot bags.  And the instructions with the very nice forend rest I got at Sportsman's Warehouse said that it should NEVER be filled with sand, only rice or similar grain.  It works for me.
