I'm ordering a YHM 2 piece 4 rail sysem with my AR and i havnt decided on a VFG yet.  The only one i had a chance to have fun with was a first samco.  I like the looks of the tango down, i think thats it.

Could some one help the newb?

can someone post some pics of VFG's?

I've sworn off all plastic vertical foregrips less the simple yet proven KAC vertical foregrip.

I'm a CQD-wrapped-in-paracord man now!

I used KAC VFG's until I tried Tango Down grips. I have since gone to both TD vert. grips and lower reciever grips.

Some people on the board mentioned that the TD grip was a bit narrow/thin so that kind of put me off it, I still might get one, but for now I bought one of these cheapo $19 grips and I must admit I quite like it.

It has a compartment to stuff things in, two recesses for a flashlight tapeswitch and big enough to fit my large hands.

i use one that folds. unscrew several turns and fold it forward. love it. was also looking at the folding first samco, which i prefer, but the one i got was only $10.
