Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt AR-15 $850.

I thought Colts where supposed to be expensive? I saw one yesterday at a local gun shop for this price. It was a full size with carry handle but no flash hider. Does this sound correct? It had to be used! If it was used it was still nice.

That's about right,if not a touch high for a Klinonized Colt. There is a dealer near me that gets police trade-in Colts with all the good features for that same kind of money . Recently he had 6920's with very little wear for $950.

There was a very nice preban at a semi local shop early in the week for $800. HBAR, Hider, and the grey finish that I really like.

There is nothing exciting about that price for an AWB compliant Colt.
