I've got a post ban 16" upper that I've been thinking of having it threaded and maybe reprofiled...who would be the best person to send it to for quality of work and best bang for the buck?

What are your turn around times on say cutting a barrel down and re threading it and tehn making sure it functions correctly in say an SBR? Your prices kick ass!!!!
