Okay,
I'm obviously not in-the-know. What do SPR, RECCE, ect. versions of the AR mean exactly? hinking.gif
Can anyone post a list and translations? In fact, pics to go along with the titles would be great!

SPR= Special Purpose Receiver (later became Special Purpose Rifle) an 18" super accurate number

RECCE= Recon Carbine. Was to be the SEAL special, but they rejected it as problematic

I'll look for all those acronyms. They were here a month ago....
