What would be a fair asking price for a Bushmaster M4gery upper?

-Complete upper including B/BC/CH
-ARMS 45M SIR
-ARMS #40 BUIS
-ARMS #M68 Aimpoint mount

The upper is in excellent condition and only has between 50-100 rounds through it.

I recenly priced a Bushmaster similar to what you are talking about at around $900 so I would say $750 to $800.  Hope this helps.
