Does any company make a tritium rear sight assembly that will replace the standard carryhandle rear sights (i.e. the sight assembly on a FIXED carryhandle)?
(Yes, I know about the MAD BUIS by GG&G, but that is for a flat top and it is a folding sight)

I suspect that the answer is no b/c even if the rear could be accomodated for, the standard front sight post would not be able to accomodate a tritium tube in it anywhere.

So, parts gurus, let me know.

I just have the trijicon front sight in my rifle, done see a real need for the rear sight.

But they do make both

I have them on my dissipator. Having the tritium front sight is far more important than the rear sight in my experience.

I would stick with just the front sight.

So you haven't even looked at MeproLight and Trijicon, the two best-known names in night sights?  Not to mention Ashley and some others.
There are H3 sights for front and rear.  A1 and A2.  You may not want rear sights with H3 as a lot of people get overloaded with them.

Most people say the rear sight is useless and stick with just a trit front sight

The rear "ghost" sight blurs out since you should be focusing on the front sight.  Your eye is also positioned so close to the sight it impractical to pick it up.

It's not like pistol night sights - the back one is too blurry to use, too blurry even to center the front sight, for me anyways and I'm a big fan of night sights. The front works well.
