What is the diference between the m93a2 and the m93b? Who has the best prices on one?

Quite a bit

The newer one the B model is a cleaner look, has better re-enforcements,  incorporates a strike plate, and other enhancements

I don't want to hold up a purchase for you or Magpul, but word is there is a new model ready to hit the streets

Yup, the 93 series is no longer in production in favor of the new and imporved line. Nothing wrong with them, I have a 93 B that I love, but newer and better are on the way.
