Should an AR always shoot dead center if the rear sight aperature is adjusted dead center?    I had an upper built that requires approximately 16 clicks to the left to get the rifle to shoot center windage.  There are approximately another 25 clicks remaining of windage direction left.  Is this typical or should a properly assembled upper be shooting dead center with rear aperature dead center?     Thanks ...

IIRC 12 clicks either way is considered "in spec"

ETA - rubber mallets have been known to put FSB back "in spec"

I assume you are applying the mallet to the FSB?
