Try Gundealer3 here on AR15.com. Jim @ Police supply has all kinds of Colt leo stuff. I picked up a Colt 6920 upper for 699.00 new. Jim is a nice guy to deal with.

I have a M4A1 barrel with LT 7.0 and i'd rather have a 16" mid length. The colt upper reciever must stay with me though, it fits my lower reciver just too perfectly.
