Well, actually the Vulcan is a close second. However, if you buy a stripped receiver and a parts kit and send them to Century Arms for the build up you will have the best AR that money can buy. Also, tell your buddy to use the code word "yeknom" and they will put a one of a kind serial number on it for him using their uber-tac electro pencil. |
