Do all colt 6920's have the step down barrel, or do some come with a straight HB like the 6721? I saw a 6920 with a straight HB, and I think the upper may have been swapped out.

ALL 6920s have the forward stepdown. As do 6921s.

All LE 6920s, including the 6920HB have the M203 cutout.  Where they differ is in the size of the barrel underneath the handguards.

Thanks for the info. As I suspected, the upper was swapped out with a 6721 upper.
