I bought a DPMS 37mm upper several years ago and I was wondering what a fair price if I re-sell it.  I've never fired a round through it and the guy who I bought it from took states it was new.

Figure what the new price was, then deduct 20% to start.

Dude,

That would be awesome to build it up, and then mount a standard 37mm under barrel unit to it!!

The 37mm doube barrel over/under AR special!

email sent. If you don't receive it, please email [email protected]
I'd like to be at the top of the "l'll take it if the price is reasonable" list.

I checked on these this summer when I needed to make up 2006's Less Lethal budget. DPMS is no longer making them when I called DPMS.

Just a few thoughts on this,

Would it be possible\legal to put a folding stock on one of these? I have the Olympic OA-series stock in mind.

Or do you still have to abide by the 26in overal length rule?

I wasn't sure if it qualified as a firearm and was under the laws much like black powders and airsoft.

37mm smooth bore is not considered a firearm, I believe.

Its not considered a firearm, you can do anything you want to it.

Just dont shoot or own any self defence type ammo with a 37 mm tube.  The BATF ruled that any type of self defense type ammo automatically makes a 37mm launcher a desctructive device and must adbide by all NFA rules.  This included rounds like bean bags, rubber balls, rubber pellets, etc.
