I have a 6520 upper on a colt sporter lower.  I love the lightweight barrel but would like to get something to put a TA-01NSN onto.  How much of a difference will it be?  I plan on using the R6920 lower for both uppers(6520 & 6920), and then I'm going to build a SPR off of the Sporter Lower.  Any thoughts/suggestions?

The NSN is made for 14.5'' bbls...

you could put that scope on any rifle you please.

there is a bdc thread tacked in the optics forum that would help you with it.

I'm not looking at the 6920 just to put a Trijicon onto though...I'd like a M4 copy.

My plan is to pick up a 6520 and change out the upper for a flattop.  I figure that to be the best of both worlds for my purposes.  YMMV
