I remember seeing a swivel stud kit that mounted to the stock handguard but now I can't remember where I saw it. It had a plate that goes inside the h/g and the stud screwed into it thru a vent hole.
Anybody have any idea who makes these or carries them ??
..or a short rail system that can be used on the stock h/g ??

I had plans to doctor mine up with accessories but have changed my mind and plan to follow the K.I.S.S. approach for now.
