Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Light/Laser Mount with out using Rails or Special HGs?

Im building a KISS M4gery and would like to know if there is a solid product out there that will mount on your rifle and hold a light/laser without needing rails or expensive HGs...btw I dont want to nor will I be buying rails for this rifle.

Bushmaster sells a rail strip that bolts to the handguard that will work with a Samco light mount.  Altogether I think the total would ba about $40.

I've also seen a rail that attaches to the bayonet lug.
