I heard it was either 5.56 or 7.62.

Nobody could provide a straight answer.

Based on the shooting I've done up close to milkjugs (the majority of your brain is water) I'd say it's possible depending on distance from target.

It was an M2 .50BMG I have seen this several times this guy was fleeing a vehicle that tried and failed to run a checkpoint 50 at the chaeckpoint shredded the car and this guy ran towards the checkpoint for some reason.  It was first posed on a military S.P. site.  Apparently it was an S.P. that drilled him.
