My other thread was a mistake LOL.
So i'll try again
If I wanted an AR for Hunting and plinking from 50-500 yards,
what specs should I need?
I can add some of my current goodies from other guns I have and can get more later.
I am basically looking for a multi-purpose rifle.

Get yourself a 308 from Armalite, DPMS, or Bushmaster.  Armalite has been making them for a long time.
