I know that this has been discussed before, but I haven't really found definitive info so......at the risk of being repetative.....

I have a 20inch upper that I would like to cut down to 16inches (or there abouts....)  I'd kinda like to take my rifle and make it a dissy.....

What problems am I likely to expect????

I wanted to do this very thing.  After talking with ADCO I decided it would be more economical just to buy a new barrel.  Of course this then developed into another rifle.

If you have it done correctly it should work just fine.

I am sure Mongo will be here shortly to let you know exactly how to do it.
