If you are asking about the ' in '60's, then that means 1960's, as in time.

Uh, I'm assuming you're referring to the ' in " late '60's production" , which is just used as a way to shorten "1960's"


If I'm mistaken in what the blue blazes you're trying to ask here, then disregard this.

I'm not sure what "&rsquo" means....sorry.  "And reasonable quotes" maybe, but that really doesn't make any sense.

Sometimes the web page will have an error and code will show up.  "&rsquo" could be some part of html code or something.  Kind of like %20 showing up some places for a space.
