To which SBR are you referring, the Camo?

By the way, it is an interesting article. I even went on his website Tuesday to take a look at his products.

IIRC, Pat said it was something from a rattlecan that they did during lunch. I could be thinking of another carbine, but I think it was that one. As to specific colors, I haven't the slightest.

I was thinking the same thing.  I was leaning towards a Mirageflage in urban camo with Dura Coat.  That camo you're refering to looks more practical and easier to apply.

Duracoat Underbrush as a basecoat, perhaps?

While not the camo in the article, this is regular old tan Krylon striped onto TangoDown Coyote Brown rail panels. The rail and stock are also tan Krylon. It's not the most elegant solution, but it works.

The pics of the rifle in the article are over on 10-8 somewhere... If you searched over there I'm sure you could find out more.

Just needs paint!  It was the pictures on 10-8 that inspired me to build it.  Just need some flip sights.

What issue is that in?  I have been waiting for it  Is it August or September?

Saint, it starts on page 44 of the September issue.  Fortunatly I have the last few crammed in my box here at work.  I love the Pat Rogers articles.  I'd scan the pic if I could.

Viper, sweet build! I can't wait till I get my Form 1 back for my Noveske CQBR build.

For the above build I'm just waiting on a 14.5" bbl and Krink to finish it. Then I can start the detail painting

I need to figure the paint thing out.  And I need to get out and shoot it some.  Should be sweet.  Goes good with SBR krink.  I have a krink brake on that too.    Thanks capn.

I saw the gun in person, and it looked like Krylon to me.

Its kinda cool looking through SWAT magazine and seeing places and people that you know.
