I am looking at selling some AR's and I want to avoid dealing with someone in a state that has its own AWB.
Anyone have a list?

Thanks,

besides commiefornia, there is NJ.........NY has a ban that is the same as the 94 AWB, no flash suppersors, bayonet lugs, etc on AW.   there isn't that many state that you would need to be concerned about, only a handful have laws against AW..if you are going to be including a magazine, just check to make sure you can send that mag as well........then there are the cities, that have laws against AW, which probably out numer states that have bans on AW

just put a disclaimer in your ad, no sales where prohibited by state or local laws..people in those state, or cities already  know they can't buy it.........if you have any doubts about that state, just click that state on the map the NRA has........

It's my understanding that it's the buyer's responsiblity to check his local laws before purchasing. Atleast that's what I've seen in most sales descriptions.
