An A2 upper receiver with the C M marking, that also read 223 COLT on the other side, that also had a "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7" marking on an A2 (Light/Heavy) profile barrel with a bayo lug and with a "C" marked bolt carrier and a "MPC" marked bolt...what upper would I have?  How much would it be worth in 90% or better condition?

sounds like a MT6601
When I bought mine in '97 it was $900
don't know what it is worth today. not too much more that what a new one can be bought for.

Well, mine is the upper only.  It sits on a EA lower.  I bought the whole shebang for 630
