Hey Guys this is my first post and also my first AR-15.  Just picked up the "bug" and I love it. I was wondering if there are any instuctional videos on tactical shooting both rifle and pistol?

Go take a look in the Tactics & training forum, and you should find some of what you're looking for there. The best way to improve your skills is by taking a class, however.

Skip the videos and actually go take a class you'll be better off that way.

Get involved with your local I.P.S.C. organization...they hold "3 Gun Matches"...Primarily "Tactical Pistol" but they also hold 3 gun matches to include "Tactical Rifle" and "Tactical Shotgun"...typically a great bunch of folks many of whom are extremely skilled and knowledgable....I had a blast for many years "learning from" and "competing" with these folks in timed tactical courses. Attending a class is great but cost prohibitive for many and...it's something you can only afford to do maybe once a year or once a lifetime (pending finances)...but with I.P.S.C. and/or I.D.P.A.?....you can practice and/or compete almost every sunday...and 6 months of that will have you more proficiently trained than any high cost, one time weekend class I can think of...
