Bushmaster varminter. Not posing, no gear that would never be used on it, nothing that doesnt help me shoot it heap

BSA first generation Catseye 4-16x50. Cheap as hell, but it works pretty damn well for chasing coyotes and evil paper targets. Harris bipod, standard included freefloat tube, replaced my houge handgrip after I shredded it.

Its rather nice, cools very quickly, and reduces the wieght quite a bit. Feels the same as my 20" HBAR, but give 24" length. I used to have a colt with an RRA 24" stainless bull barrel, wieghed a bit more, and didnt give any better results.

Here is my long range varmint slayer. It has a custom Pac-Nor ss match barrel chambered for 20 Tact round. NF NSX optics , Jewell 2-stage and a Ironstone Space Stock

Is it a polygonal rifled Pac-Nor??

My SPRish build..still under construction. The funding has run out right now..still need to get a set of ARMS 22 high rings..I have a rear sight, a ASA MAD on the way.

Parts

Colt Sporter lower
Colt M4 upper
Colt A2 buttstock
Colt Bolt/Carrier
WOA 18" SPR barrel
PRI Front sight/gas block
YHM Customizable Free Float tube
Tasco Super Sniper, 16X

I did all the work myself, including cutting the flats for the PRI sight. I bought all the tools to do a build and figured it was time to do it.

At a informal range trip, I was plinking to see it's groups...not bad...at about 50 yards all were one group, you could lay a nickle over them and cover them.

Granted it was at only 50 yards and I was more there to test function-which after teaking the gas port, was 100%- than groups and I'm still waiting to get my rear sight and ARMS #22 rings before I sit down to a serious range test.

As soon as I get the ARMS #22 rings and the ASA rear sight I will take it to a serious range trip.

No, I wish it was. Pac-Nor only makes their poly bores in the more popular calibers. My .20 cal use their time tested 3groove system( very popular in .17~.20 cal). But the barrel was custom machine by JNR(John Noveske Rifleworks). He is used to work for Pac-Nor, and in fact is recommended by Pac-Nor for all AR work!!

Shoots great, sub.3" groups @4100 fps w/vmax 33gr

What scope is that obn the top? and how is the eye relief with it mounted so foward?

Thats the new Leupold MR/t M2 and it was made for ARs to my knowledge. So it is supposed to be mounted that far forward, so the eye relied is pretty comfortable when you are using a traditional nose to charging handle cheek weld.

My JP ultralight. It only weighs 6.5 lbs without optics, but it shoots great! The target below was shot whitout the weight in the stock, and I have not found any signifigant advantage to having it on the rifle. It has since been removed. This rifle has been 100% reliable as well!! The scope is a Leupy Mark 4 LRT Illum. ret. 4.5-14 x 50. Over scoped for a .223? Yes. The AR is slated to get an ACOG while the Leupy will live on a .308 long range rig. In the mean time it is nice to be able to call my own shoots while working up my reloads.
