Bought my FN manufactured (FNMI Rollmarked) fully proofed M16A2 1/7 20"chrome-lined gov't profile Barrel from Fulton Armory. They may have more. Ask for Rich if you call them, he had them stashed in the back, they are not advertised AFAIK. $199

I recently picked up a "pre-owned" Colt A2 upper, 20" HBAR 1/7 twist. They ARE out there.

PKFirearms also has em available (Bushmaster) as well as C4iGrant has em too--both as of the last 30 days
