it's a kit gun so it isn't worth as much as a factory rifle, sale price varies widely with location. is NY a ban state?

yes NY is a ban state. Its the standard BM lower with M4 pinned stock. M4A3 upper with 14.5" barrel, Izzy break. Chrome lined. Upper and lower look brand new |

if it's grandfathered in it's worth more than it would have been. you'll have to get a local opinion in that case, tried the NY Hometown forum?

In a non-AWB state, you are looking at $600-650 at the most, but possibly lower. In an AWB state, maybe $700-725.
