I've been searching for this information too, and cannot find specific weights.

What is the weight differences between an A1 slick side upper and a A2 upper?

What is the weight difference between a CAR stock and a M4 stock?

I found specific barrel weights.

At The Maryland AR15 Shooters Site in the  Documents section under Technical Documents you can find AR-15 Weight Table.xls

It gives a breakdown of most parts including those you are asking about.

It's a great site for all kinds of information. Joining is easy (hint).
