$500 will get you almost any brand upper you want. i got my M4 type upper straight from bushmaster and ordered a bolt, carrier and charging handle from a board dealer and it came out to be about $450 for everything to get to my door. you could go with CMMG or shop the EE and pay even less.

PKFirearms is the only one with a 14.5" w/ perm FH I could find. like other said, a CMMG 16" M4 upper is pretty easy to find. |

Bill Davis has Genuine Colt M16/M4-A3 GI Complete 14.5" Uppers for $400 used but in very good condition!! I have bought 4 from him..., they were all very nice.., and Bill is great to deal with!! His email is: [email protected] |
