I have been contemplating getting one.  The butt plate is a little slippery and I suppose the pad would help it ''grab''.

thanks, ur barrel is a 1/12 colt right ? I have the same so my build will be similar to urs , maybe I'll use a SAMSON FF..
ur camo job is great, did u uses krylon ? again thanks.

Never above stealing a good idea. Although with an A2 profile barrel its a little heavier then the one shown above.







( You'll be happy to know I retired the background blanket. )



If you add the rubber buttpad you'll be right at A2 length. They're okay, but I've never found them necessary.
