When you get a chance, can you post a picture of it outside in its natural setting.  I would guess that the larger swatches of color would work well.

Pretty nice truck\trunk gun!

Where in Walmart do they keeps those paints (I would assume the paint dept. but around that place, who knows?)

The pattern looks perfect for a BM carbine as it kind of has a snakeskin look to it!

The paint will come off with sunscreen, body oils, bug repelant etc... and make a mess.  But it looks cool to have "field grade" gear.  An unused rifle is a useless rifle, this ain't no safe queen.

thanks for the headsup and i assure you that this aint no safe queen! i dont own safe queens, that is pointless and there are better investments out there if i were to try and make a buck.

Ahhhhhhh.....my eyes......MY EYES!!!!!!!

The shutter speed was too low.  If you were zoomed in, that would only increase the blur due to magnified wobble.  If the light is low, I go take a braced kneeling (shooting position) and take my pictures that way.  Most of the shooting positions will transfer over to photography work.  The more braced you are, the better your shot.  Kinda funny how some things translate into other aspects of life.

I have to admit, it takes far less courage to paint the furniture on an Ak, than to paint an entire AR!

its holding up pretty good but the only problem is that i put the clear coat on it and the handguards get kinda tacky along with the front sling swivel which is rubber coated
