I am happily in Virginia where suppressors can legally add a measure of hearing protection.  I welcome any recommendations on which to use--mostly for indoor range shooting, but occasionally outdoors.

Also, I have pre-ban configured SP-1, A2, and M4 AR-15s but am not sure if the flash hiders are removable and if so, how to do so; any guidance?

Thanks...and Long Live the "No Ban Era"...

.223 suppressors

Your flash suppressors will only be permanently attached if the barrel WITHOUT the flash suppressor is less than 16". The just loosen up like any other nut or bolt--counter clockwise.

Thanks M4... I assume any Post-Ban (I've an AR-10 20" S/S Barrel with muzzle brake) are permanently attached, correct?
