Out of all the models Colt has produced, which one is the most accurate?

The Colt Accurized Rifle Mod. #CR6724.

I've never even heard of one of these rifles that was not an absolute tack driver.

A truly accurate rifle.

I have two Colt 6724s Both with Leupold 4.5 to 14X50mm scopes and they are great prairie dog guns.

I have had precisely the same experience as above.  Those guns are phenomenal.

Will the Colt Mod. #CR6724 surpass the Bushmaster Varminter in terms of accuracy?  I've heard a lot of good things about the Bushmaster.  You guys have me interested in the Colt!  ARKAR

I have not heard to many compliments on the Bushmaster's accuracy.  I would go with the Colt CR6724, it is a great rifle.

The Colt 6724 is a rifle that features a stainless 24" barrel, and is overall designed to be an accurate shooter.

of course all guns are intended to be accurate, but there are features that contribute to greater accuracy including barrel type, barrel length, trigger components, action (bolt, lever, auto, etc- with bolts widely believed to be the more 'accurate' of the types) and optics or sights.

the 6721 features a number of these features, and that is why it is considered one of the more accurate colts (on this forum anyway)

the most important of those features on the CR6721 has to be the SS 24" 1/9 barrel.

You're kidding, right?

The Colt is a superb weapon, I haven't shot one but I did closely examine the 6724 and it is impressive in it's quality.  Absolutely love to have one.

And let's not start the old Colt vs. Bushmaster vs. Armalite vs. whoever thread.
All brands have rabid fans.

But to imply that the Bushmaster isn't accurate, well maybe it is or maybe it isn't as accurate as the Colt, but I did shoot a 100 yard 3/8" group with Hornady 75 grain Boat Tail Hollow Point Match ammo with my personal Varminter which seems to like the 75 grain ammo despite it's 1/9 twist.

If I have to choose a brand, well with my LMT Defender 2000 lower and rifle length MRP upper, I guess I'm a rabid LMT fan.

But I'm looking for a Colt, a standard 20" A4.

I agree with what edwin907 posted-I've heard that the Bushmaster was capable of awesome accuracy.  I was only wanting to hear some feedback on the Colt.  Thanks-ARKAR.
