WHO SELLS A: Takedown Pin Detent & Takedown Pin Spring for a colt 6400?
And are these parts universal on all AR'S? Or do I need them specific for my 6400MC? Any help would be appreciated!

The takedown pin should have the same "metal spacer" (called a detent) as the pivot pin.

Ok, that must be it then, the detent.
Does anyone have any idea who would sell this? And is the detent the same on all AR's or unique on my 6400? Thanks! |

Bushmaster sells them as well as a few other companys I believe.
It should be the same as the one for the rifle you have. But check to make sure. Course they aren't that expensive. |

Bushmaster, Armalite, Oly Arms, RRA, DPMS, etc... Your question should really read "who doesn't sell takedown pin detents & takedown pin springs?"

Brownells has them. No need to purchase Colt parts for this.

I have three MT6400C's, and they all came with a front push pin from the factory. You must have a real early one?
