There was a lengthy post several months ago, Camo painting under $50, and there were some very good pictures and directions in the post.  I lost the bookmark for it and I have not searched for it recently.

I enjoy seeing all the Camo painted AR's.

Most look to be nicely finished.

Somehow I got left out on the 'gene pool' that gives one the ainkerin' to camo paint a rifle. Don't know why or how ... but the desire to do so has not once entered my mind.

I'd just say bowflage.

I've used it on several rifles and while it isn't very durable it does allow for updating the finish with the change in seasons.

My 20inch AR15,

My AR10 having been done several times as it has been reconfigured,

And my 300WinMag which has been done several times, stripped down, and redone after paint layered up too much for my liking.   New scope is about to be done as well.
