I have one that won't stay tight, I need to put some loc tite on it. Also the buffer spring is loud, is there a better brand to replace it with?

Any help is appreciated.

+1...   Buffer tube (or castle nut)?  Adjustment piston?  Sling mount screw?  Those are the only things I can imagine you would put loctite on.

FWIW, I use blue loctite on all of my tele-stock castle nuts, regardless of manufacturer.

My cav arms furniture is and has been on tight. I dont see how your could be comming loose since the castle nut places a good amount of pressure on the tubes threads.

In regards to the buffer spring, I dont really think that it is the buffer that gives it that grating noise... it is the inside of the tube Cav Arms uses.  Seems a little rough.
