has any one dealt with "hit and run"  out of norcross, georgia.  Before i found ar-15.com i called him to talk about a rra lower and he was cool.  i called him a couple days later  to order it and it was like i was a bother to him (the owner).  he said just a minute and handed the phone to some one else.  that guy was cool so i went ahead and ordered the lower.  anyone else ever dealt with him or know him
