I installed a Cav Arms telestock--do I need to lube anything in the buffer? If so what needs to be lubed and what kind of lube?

Also I'd like to get a flash hider.  Is there any problem installing on an HBar?  I was thinking of getting the Phantom FH, should I consider the A2 also?

No lube in or on the buffer.  FS are up to you, there are no problems using them on an HBAR.  The A2 FS looks very military, but the Phantom and Vortex hide more flash (if that is important).
