From all of the recent factory Bushy builds that I have seen , I have noticed the flashider appears cosmetically different and is pinned on the bottom of the hider and then ground off smooth . Is this a recent production change on all their rifles after the ban died or was the Bushy LEO rifles pinned as well with this type of Flashider that is unlike the traditional A2 type hider. Thank you for your input and thoughts and opinions.          Hammer / OUT

Hmm, I just picked up a ban free bushy and it has an A2 FH, with no pins in sight. I think BM had an IZZY brake that had a pin, but all their FH are for threaded barrels I think

I ordered a half birdcage from BM after the ban sunset and it doesn't have a pin in site either. I have my barrel up being threaded and it should be done tomorrow.

This is the BM Izzy brake and I'm betting this is what you saw. Notice the pin. There is an Izzy flash hider which looks similar but does not feature a pin...

These that I have been seeing look to be threaded and probably are it's not until I looked at the bottom under a light that I could see a faint circle. This was a factory BM flash hider NOT a muzzle break or a recoil check . It just looks like an expensive after market FH .I was wondering if it was the new standard to identify as a NO ban gun .

It must be a izzy thread on . It was definately a Flashider and definately threaded . I know I like the looks of the A2 hider better without the mystery pinned and shaved look. So if I order a new one it should come with a standard A/2 with crush washer unless I specified this Izzy FHider substitution ?
