I have one and I'm taking out to the range today for the first time!

Shortly after the AWB expired I decided to sell my neutered 20" Colt Match Target HBAR and buy an M4gery. I didn't have my heart set on a 6920. I would've been happy with a Bushmaster.

I think the 6920s (and the 6721s) are way cool but I didn't get in on the ground floor right after the AWB expired and wasn't going to spend an obscene amount of $ to get one.

I was looking for a Bushy at a gun show in Allentown this past Saturday and lo and behold a dealer had a couple of crisp 6920s in sealed boxes right there in front of me for $1250 + tax and transfer.
Instant gratification is a powerful thing!hrilled

I bought several and will be selling them off to the highest bidders. Gosh, I love this country. Where else can you stamp LEO on it and make a bundle from collectors.

I have several along with all the other LEO's (several that is) and haven't paid the crazy prices most have, and never will.  My favorite for plinking is the 6450, hands down.  Its a great carry gun, cheap to shoot and safer to let rounds fly than the 223.

I'm waiting on one from Clyde Armory right now. I got on their waiting list about a week after the ban was up, I've probably still got 3-4 weeks to go...

The 6920 is the only AR I've ever really cared about owning... I've put thousands of rounds through 16's in the military but I never felt compelled to buy one until now...

Don't want a 1/7.  It's useless to me.

In hand now-

One 6920HB (safe queen)

One 6920 (shooter)

On order-

One more 6920 (safe queen)

All were bought at reasonable prices...especially the HB.

I already had an original (pre-ban) Colt LE6520 Government Carbine, and a Lightweight Sporter Lower with a LE6721 upper. I had to add the LE6920 to round out the package. I had considered the LE6921, but it was too much hassle & $$ compared to the 6920.

So anyone regret geting one that has one? Are you unhappy with it, or what you paid for it? Would you do it all over again

I'll be taking delivery of mine on/before my birthday (Nov. 4).  How sweet is that?

I broke in my 6920 for the first time this afternoon, and the only thing I regret was not wearing a thicker t-shirt. The end of the buttstock is like a meat tenderizer after firing 200+ rounds.

Besides that, no regrets!

I almost bought a Bushmaster to have as a shooter, but I changed my mind, laid out the extra money and got the Colt.

On a side note, it's been 10 years since I've fired an AR15 rifle, so I had a LOT of fun today.
