What is the current availability and pricing for a BM 20" A2 no Ban rifle on the west coast specifically in Oregon? I have yet to see a single one!!

I’ve got my A2 put together, I got the upper and lower separately though. I bought the lower before the ban died and as soon as it did I ordered the upper. I do know that the Philomath Gun Shop has a 20-inch heavy barrel rifle tight now and they also have a couple M4s.

I called Aimsurplus and they will sell the rifle for $720 and add $14 S/H to Oregon. The philomath gun shop sells the same rifle for $799. How close is Aimsurplus to wholesale as I do have a friend with a FFL?
