Deiter or TD?  The Deiter looks bulletproof, but I hear a lot of good things about the TD.  What have you guys found that you like best and why?

I read the Dieter is great, but at 100 clams I will probably never know.  I had to use duct tape to keep my eyes from popping out when I paid the insane $65 for the TD.  If this was a work tool though I would be willing to spend the extra cash to find out for myself which was better.

ETA:  The TD is rock solid and very comfortable.  There was a thread floating around here somewhere that had a picture of someone's aluminum rail (KAC?) shredded while the TD that was attached to it remained in good working order.
