I have a Colt MT6400C with a muzzle device and am probably going to send it to ADCO to get a flash suppressor put on it. Should I have ADCO take off the current muzzle device and add a A2 suppressor or cut the barrel down to 14.5" and  add the Phantom 5C2 to make it 16" long (would this be leagal)? How long would the barrel actually be if I just add the A2 on the current barrel? Correct me if I am wrong the entire barrel with suppressor has to be minimum of 16"?

Any pics of a 14.5" barrel with phantom 5c2 and 16" with A2 so I can see how they look!

Yes, as long as the Phantom was permanently attached.

Same as it is now, just over 17" including the FH.

Correct

Right is LW barrel, but 16' long with A1(same size as A2). Left is 14.5 with Phantom.....

I appreciate the pics! I will tell ya if you want to know anything about an AR just ask and someone will help you out. This is a great site! But here is my next Q I have decided on the 14.5" with the Phantom but which one would you guys suggest the 5C1 or 5C2? Pros / Cons? It will be going on a Colt MT6400C FWIW.

I thought long and hard about this very question but I decided on the 16" with the A2.  The deciding factor was the increased terminal performance out of the longer 16" barrel.

This is a Colt that ADCO did. Its 15.somthing-or-other with an A2 permanantly installed to make it 16".

Anyone have any Pros / Cons on the various Phantoms?

Both the 5C1 and 5C2 are closed at the bottom to prevent muzzle blast from kicking dirt/dust in your face if you're shooting prone.  Other than that, the only real difference I can find after a quick search (I don't own either so this is just me talkin') is the design of their forward section.  Take a look:

5C1

5C2

The site I got these pics from says the 52C's front design is for "aggressive front-end for use in hand-to-hand situations", if that is any help.
