purchased a stripped lower and am building a lightweight for my girl. Anyone have one? Any incompatibility issues?

Just got mine together this morning.

Observations:

Getting the upper and lower together does take some fiddling with a dremmel.

It's REAL light.

Tuning an Accuarcy Speaks trigger to satisfaction took somewhat more care and tenacity than with an aluminum receiver.

I hope your girlfriend has real long fingers as the distance from the back of the pistol grip to the trigger (and the mag realease and the safety) is a lot longer than a conventional lower.

Luck,

SD

I love mine

Went together super easy for me(bushy superlite barrel & RRA upper reciever, bolt, etc), upper went right on lower.  No dremeling for me.  Light (6lbs 5 oz as pictured with spare batteries for EOtech in the stock), reliable.  I like the fit of the grip, it is very similar to an ergo grip.

You should not have to Dremel on these lowers to make your upper fit. Mine went together fine, tight, but fine. Be sure you use the pivot and takedown pins from CavArms if you build it up yourself.

This make on lightweight AR.
