You never specified if you want a Mod 0 or Mod 1 so I'll put up a parts list for the Mod1.

-WOA 1:7 twist barrel (black) $332 (I would suggest you get a matching bolt also for optimum      accuracy)
-SPR Muzzle brake $100
-SPR step down collar
-Knights Armament Rifle Length FF RAS $350-better to find a used one cheaper
-Rock River upper $90
-Rock River Bolt carrier group $110 (minus bolt if you get the macthing bolt)
-I'd prefer the M&A Parts Charging Handle for $15
-PRI Military Big Latch $20
-Harris BRM S bi-pod $80
-Gas Tube $10
-Gas Block $40
-Knights 600m rear sight $150
-Knights  rail mounted flip up front sight $100 (can do Yankee Hill version for cheaper)

Total- $1392

-Rock River lower $90 I prefer the RRA because you are practically gaurenteed a tight fit.
-Lower parts group $50
-RRA 2 stage Trigger- Get the tuned one from White Oak $115
-A1 stock $25 (this is correct though you will see most with a Crane stock)
-Sierra Precision Grip $28 (LE/Dealer cost from Brownells is $18)

Total Lower Cost $298

Total W/O shipping or any deals you may find $1690

As for scopes- if you want to do it correctly go with:

A.R.M.S. #22 Medium rings for Mod 0 $100
A.R.M.S. #22 High Rings for Mod 1 $100
Leupold Vari X III 3.5-10x40 LR w/ M3 knobs,illiminated I've seen these new for $700 (for Mod0)
Leupold MkIV 3-9x36 MR/T w/ M3 knobs, illuminated- I just bought one new for $750 (for Mod 1)

I did both! I've got a Mod 0 in .223 and a Mod 1 that will soon be a 6.8 Rem SPC

FYI- I have an extra SPR barrel and brake (no collar-you'll have to get one from Adco) if you're    interested. Just IM or Email me.
