i'm in cali but it isn't illegal for a person, not a dealer, to sell their pre-ban ar-15 since you're not a dealer  and we could just make a bill of sale and get it notorized.

so if you can help me, i'll make it worth your while as long as you don't over charge. I would love one with the composite stock, lug, flash suppression, and  typical sites that can be taken off for a scope if desired. (not desired though).

You're dead wrong.  That is illegal.

"Assault rifles", specifically NAMED ones like ARs can NOT be sold to civilians in the PRK without a 'license' from the government.

They had to be registered before the ban took effect.

Hell, I don't think you can even transfer them to your children upon your death....

Curious what does IBTL mean?
Also, say I move to CA and I have mean looking pre-ban semi-automatic rifles
that are on the "LIST". Can I transport them there? Can I possess them there?

Come to think of it, can you buy a Colt M4 target, post ban?

What gives out there. It really is a beautiful place but man, has everyone lost
their marbels?

No, you can't bring any evil rifles into the PRK .
IF you move there, you gotta leave 'em at your free state.

This is one of the MANY reasons I moved out of that hell hole of a communist state to the free US in AZ.

Its wonderful!

Far as I'm concerned, and I grew up there, that place should sink into the abyss.

Hey AK, just ignore most of the conspiracy dorks' answers and read what CG wrote. Good answers to your questions without all the (old/tired jokes, paranoia, and IBTL).
