I can't figure out what company made this 9mm upper? The only marks I can find are on the barrel (KKF 9x19)... anyone have any ideas or any opinions it?

Probably Kurt's Kustom Firearms.  It definitely looks like one of his suppressors/brakes.

Thanks! So do you think that the entire upper is Kurt's (never heard of them before) or just the suppressor... any idea on their quality of work?

Kurt is generally though to be a master craftsman.
