what is the most accurate grain for 1:8 and 1:9 at 100 yards and what is it at 300 yards?

Can't say, every rifle will be different. Just buy the 1/8

52 gr hornady Amax @100
the 52 0r 69 at 300 just have to try the 2 at this range!

Nope.  Them teeny bullets get blown around too much.  Hornady 75 and Sierra 77 rule from 200 to 500 yards.  The Sierra 80 rules the 600 yard line.

Do tell me where I can find a 600 yard range with no wind?

Let me put it to you this way, a 10 mph wind will move a Hornady 75 Amax @ 2500 fps all the way to the middle of the 8 ring.  The same wind will put your 69 grain bullet in the target frame, or in the space between targets AND will put your 52 grainer in the next target over.
