Heard alot of bad things about them and some good ones. Mostly bad things though.

I've placed 3 orders with them. They fucked up 2 of them. I would say they are hit or miss at best.

If you have to order, make sure the item is in stock. Most of the problems I've heard of occur when you order something not in stock. I've ordered twice, both times all the items were in stock and had no problems.

Run. They managed to fuck up three of my orders in a row. No price is good enough to justify the headaches you'll get.

TAKES FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY NEVER TELL YOU SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK UNTIL AFTER YOU BUY THE ITEM.... and THEN IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THEM TO SHIP IT TO YOU.

I bought a knife from them one (BKT-companion)
Showed up with a cracked kydex sheath Sent it back at my expense after having no luck contacting anyone They finally credited my visa.....but held back the shipping amount. Never actually got any communication from them |

FWIW, I've bought things three times with no problems. In fact, they were shipped immediately and received within 3 days of my orders.

Ordered sale items by credit card and after three weeks of waiting for the shipment we then canceled the order.
During this time, they would email automated notices of shipping without any tracking numbers and customer service by phone and email was non-existent which should tell you something. Order at your own risk! |

I ordered a pair of tactical boots from them....took a long time to get them. Their excuse was that I ordered via the internet versus calling them. They shipped them for free (2nd Day Air) after I called and told them to cancel... If you do order, do it over then phone and get your salespersons name...

If you have ordered from them and they havent screwed you yet... keep ordering. They will. Some things in like are just a given, and Botach eventually messing up your order, is surely one of them. Some of us didnt even have to wait that long.
They are evil

I have ordered many times from them without any problems. However it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone sometimes. That is enough to piss anyone off !!! Some of thier prices are hard to beat, But I would make sure that they have it in stock. I have bought many cases of thier 223 with no problems
Right now they are out of the 1200 round case of M193 but they have some 1000 round cases of 55 grain stuff that they supply the California Prisions with. I bought 4000 and it comes in 20 round black boxes. Its all crimped and sealed and shoots the same thier M193. I paid 169 per K shipped. But definatly caal before you order |

I can say I have NEVER used them because of the horror stories gleamed from AR15com.
Some of the stories are the kind you can tell over a camp fire on a dark moonless night. I must say I am a little disappointed with the lack of venom and disgust that this thread has produced when compared to the past threads on this same subject. I even popped some popcorn BEFORE I opened this thread up and didnt even need it. The day is still young though. |
