Looking at Oly arms FAR ( $699. ) Also Cav arms. Are these quality AR's ? The AR's in question are on atlanticfirearms.com ( check it out, good guy to deal with, and NO TAX for out of state orders. Good prices too.)

Fairly high quality. They ought to function just fine but are not on the order of Colt or LMT. Olympic has a great lifetime warranty, and should you ever break a Cav lower, they will rebuild it for you for $30.
